In my opinion, choosing a NOC that is not in the list of 25 NOCS published by CIC will not lead to the award of points. The yardstick is the duties of a particular NOC. You should have used the title of the NOC to which your present job matches. In that way you would have been sure of the duties...

For FSW2013 I doubt anyone from Accra VO has received MR. We are all keeping fingers crossed and also analyzing the trend in previous backlog.

It is the average processing time depending on the backlog of applications. FSW13 applicants from other visa offices have received PR visas in less than ten months so let's just hope for the best from Accra VO. Based on recent activities, we hope they will soon clear the backlog of applications.
