The same here. My second line changed to "started processing your application on January 23, 2015" from April 16. I have received my PER on February 10. . The 11 months will be counted from the day which they received your file as per first line on ECAS.

I didn't get a automatic reply, however they answer my e-mail in less than 24 hours.

I received my last GCMS on September 04 and shows that they worked on my app. on August 06.( status updated to APPEARS RFV) I believe they are working on the processes but in a very slowly way.

I sent an email to CPC-Ottawa yesterday and happened the same with me, no automatic reply. I search the web for an answer and found out that some times they don't send a automatic reply, but wait 2 weeks so you can get a answer. Don't worry, they received your email.

The call centre employee told me that the 11 months should be counted from the day which your file was received. The date is the one on the first line of ECAS.(We received your application for permanent residence on ......).

I called CIC, and they refuse to give me any answer due to my application has less than 11 months form the receiving date. :( :( :( I'll have to wait to complete 11 months to call again.

I'm gonna call CIC today in regard to my application. I'll inform you guys about their answer ASAP.

Sorry to inform you , but i know this guys which is on the Global Sheet and actually his file was transferred to Vienna Visa Office a long time ago. So, we still without PPR from Ottawa Visa Office Since July 20,2015. :( :( :( :(

Happens the same with me. I had to renew my passport before receive MR. I just had to show my new passport during my medical exam and the CIC contact me after that asking for the copy of biographical page of new passport. Don't worry just use your new passport during Medical Exams and CIC will...
