Yes he’s the primary applicant. We got PPR on Oct 5, he got his COPR and became PR in IRCC calgary on Oct 11 and he submitted our passports in Oct 11 alao.

Hi! Sorry for joining the conversation but trust me it takes a while before a PR is issued. My father is in living canada and it took us 2 YEARS AND 2 MONTHS before the PPR and after we sent the passports it’s waiting game again.
