Same happened to me. I was really upset, but I have high hopes CIC will keep those hot NOCs so those that put a lot of effort (and money) in 2013 may have a second chance.

If that´s true, then it confirms my thoughts: applications that are just checked and complete + applications that were already charged + applications that already received PER onwards = the ones that are in the 300 cap which means that are still hope for June/July applicants.

I have the same feeling... It makes zero sense to "waste" time in every single application until PER step, whilst the number of applications arriving increases insanely only because the website shows that the cap wasn´t reached yet. Maybe those cap numbers arent based only on all CC charges and...

I was wondering if that´s what happens if the applicant doesn´t pass the Medical Request phase or fail in any other step after PER...

It took me too long to send my application because I´ve chosen ICAS... At first sight, their website was easier to navigate, their forms were more simple, and they had a tracking tool for the assessment process. Also, from the 3 designated organizations, they replied faster to my e-mails...

I totally agree with you. I don´t speak much in here, but I wouldn´t leave the forums and the spreadsheet, they are really helpful and give me some relief, since CIC is taking too long to update the caps... The spreadsheet and forums helped them, now it should be their turn to help others...
