This is quite normal - CIC doesn't always update scheduled oath events. There's numerous non posted dates throughout the country - congrats!

How long are you going for? Ensure someone is checking your mail - don't forget they give you 2 weeks notice so if u are away and back by then it should be fine! Goodluck

There's an option where you can allow CIC to contact CBSA to verify your entries and exits which is good. If they have doubts they will re-request it anyways!

I'm not sure how everyone at CIC functions and this is luck based. During my interview no translation was needed because UAE visa always shows exit/entry stamps in English including the dates. So as long as you are clear and honest on dates then ZERO issues in my case. Goodluck

Good on you and very interesting. I was RQed so I guess my officer didn't need another CBSA report. In my interview they never bothered asking about UAE exits and entries - she just ticked off the dates I had put in. All the best

Since this was your official landing it should be fine - it isn't an "exit-entry" then. Landing is the first day you enter Canada. Any issues simply call CIC - at the end they can offer the best advice.

No you cannot. Cit Cert is NOT a valid travel document. As stated in my experience I was travelling by air and had ticket etc. you have plenty if time though, you can apply by Wednesday and then do urgent processing and receive your passport max by Thursday to travel for Friday. I had oath on...

I wore a suit. Something business casual is nice too - even if you wear jeans, a nice dress shirt with a coat will suffice as well! Everyone looked nice on my oath day - there were 1-2 ppl in hoodies but everyone else looked very presentable! :)

LOL it's not a must. They always call guarantor and references. I just thought I would save them the time to save on the calling and verifying. It's not a must - I did it! Also NOTE: the guarantor section must be filled by your guarantor.
