Are you inland or outland? do you have a UCI number? if you have a UCI number you can send your webform using it. Did you get a temporary application number?

You know Ecas online? Do you have UCI number? you can check the status (maybe) by inserting the personal information, Did you signed all the forms digitally?

Thanks. So it means if the application is complete they enter it in the system and issue the temporary file number. Otherwise they will return it without entering in the system.
