yes. i know. that's why i am so anxious! i don't know if it's becoz i am in Quebec, got extra procedure with CSQ or whatever reason. in fact i've called them few days ago, they said everything on progress, no worry, and if i don't receive the letter by mid-nov, i should hv call them again.. at...

hi there, dont worry too much. i am a inland applicant (quebec). and i noticed they highly recommend not to leave Canada. however, i went to france for 3 months, coz of my father-in-law. and also went back to hometown (hongkong) for 1 month... i have no problem at all passing the custom...

any idea how long it takes to get the OWP after receiving the CSQ. i applied the OWP with my PR at the same time, inland application. thanks :)
