Indeed you should do your meds without remedy but only if you know cic is not generating a remed, because if you do remed without request and they generate remed your file will have two ID which will cause delay and confusion is what we were told by ahmedabad apollo, And I strongly believe...

I strongly suggest don't do medical and wait for the remed letter as to avoid double Id Generation. Specifically for your case.
