Mississauga seems slow, called CIC today application has been in process since November 2018 they said its queued for Mississauga to send you a test invite.

I called CIC today my application has been in Process since November 2018. I had submitted the application in August 2018. They told me that everything has been processed but now it was up to the Mississauga office to send me a test invite. It seems that they are backlogged.

On the same boat as you, submitted application August 15, it was put in process November 21 and have not heard back anything.

Nope, I never got a myCIC message. You only get that once the passport is received and CIC close the application.
