So sad to note that the cut off is only till Feb. that's bad. i expected the score to be 440 till august atleast. Huffff. this is getting to my nerves.

I seriously don't get it as to how out of the blue, ppl's score jumps up so high even though being in the 430's for a year almost? It cant be just IELTS?
