Benlee, I have the exact same situation with you. They added my common-law spouses documents on Oct 12 and then transferred file to Vancouver on Oct 26. No any activity or updates since than. Guys, have stupid question but, if Eligibility is shown as passed on the second page of the gcms notes it means that it's passed for PA and all depends, right? Or there can be some options? I didn't manage to provide consent form for my spouse.- Miha_z
