Seniors, please tell me if there is any problem if the Background check is in progress from january 19th till today? I am bit worried on this. I heard if the Criminal is passed than the Background goes to not needed and than in last background again moves to in progress which results in PPR...

yeah I ordered on 19th April and there was nothing done in my file from Feb 2nd. Everything was in progress other than medical.

Even mine is in the same scenario... AOR Jan 4th and BG in progress from January 19th till today... No updates in between... ???

While requesting for GCMS notes, it will ask for "Please submit the following document(s) as file attachments to support your application. The attached documents must only complement your request (i.e. consent form, proof of right of access)." What we need to submit here?

Is it for me? I didnt heard anything from CIC on BC till now. Do i also get the affidavit and submit it through CSE?

I was in same case as being mentioned earlier by KrishnaManohar. My BC has the last name but in all of my documents I don't have any last name. Even my passport don't have last name. It is only and only the BC in which I have the last name. I submitted my original BC (Hindi) with English...

Call to CIC and tell them your scenario and also raise a CSE. Send your receipt again from CSE with all the mandatory details. After 2 days of sending the details than call to cic again and ask them for their confirmation that if they received it or not. Check your bank that if the required...

What is the calculation for 4.7 months? Is it like 4 months 7 days? or how is it?
