Did they send you the mail again? If yes, then you can request them for extension stating you have received it just now and need some time to get the documents ready. If you have still not received the mail, you can ask them for the mail and extension together. However if you already have PCC...

Why don't you raise a CSE and inform your Visa Office that you have already complied and ask them if there is anything more that they need?
