Your work experience doesn't need to match with your Degree. As long as you meet the work experience criteria and the education, your application wont be rejected

Yes Sangalp. also had a tough time in getting it. I got it quickly from ICICI but only after Form 15CA and the chartered accountant charged 4K. I am also from Bangalore.

You can increase your score above 400 by increasing your IELTS score (CLB9). You will then probably get a PT request from ontario. I guess both of your scores are below 400 now.

Yes, you have to apply within 45 days otherwise they wont accept it. With 451 points you have got a very good chance to get ITA directly within 1 or 2 months time. The OINP nomination takes at least 3 to 4 months time and you have to spend 1500CAD. It is your choice. To get a PT again i suggest...
