wala po eh, i'm confused kasi po sa sinasabi dito na "To get points for your second official language, you must meet the minimum level of CLB 5Footnote 1 in all four language areas." I was thinking magbibigay sila ng points kahit walang french basta lang naka CLB5 above hehe...
