I did so. EE profile expired: 07 April 2019 New profile created: 09 April 2019 But, today (April 09) I received an email from Alberta mentioning that my AINP application was declined due to not having an active EE profile. What can I do now? Anyone please help.

Mistakenly cancelled means did you withdraw your EE profile? When was your first EE profile supposed to expire? When creating second profile, did you link the first profile to it? Did the officer himself asked you to create a second profile? Or is that you decided to create second one?

Are you inside Canada? Didn't you try to contact AINP via that toll free phone number? I tried to contact but it failed. I am outside Canada.

With new profile have I to resume the process from the scratch? be in the AINP pool, waiting for NOI etc..
