Hey Guys who have already send their RPRF/ Medicals/ PCC to NDVO -- could you please confirm the address where we need to send this? Is it --> 7/8 Shantipath, Chanakyapuri PO Box 5209, New Delhi 110021? Because I went to Blue Dart and they said we can't accept any package with PO Box address?

Yes they do consider the old PCC if you have never entered that foreign land again. One of my friends had applied for UK PCC in 2012 and he used it this year for FSWP. He got MR and they didn't ask for UK PCC again.

If you have NOT entered UK after getting your PCC, then it's valid even if it's 2 years old. I know someone who had a UK PCC from 2012 and he sent it along with his application this year. Hope this helps.

In case of Amex, the CVV is on the front side and not on the back of the card. And it's a 4-digit number.

Even when someone applies for FBI PCC, they don't ask for CVV so I think it should not be a problem.

Buddy I got it prepared a couple of months so I don't exactly remember. But why don't you just ask the Bank officer what to write as I am sure this is not the first time that he would be preparing an International DD. If you ask someone in the Bank itself I am sure someone would have an answer.

You can get it from either ICICI or HDFC. Both of them will issue. Please be rest assured that DD will be valid for 6 months.

Thanks Century. +1 to you too. I remember someone from the forum had quoted a few weeks back that whatever is written on the DD, it doesn't matter. International DDs are by default valid for 6 months. I will update spreadsheet soon (on mobile now).

Just my two cents. When you send documents to a University in Canada, the courier charges are half of the regular price. They might have routed your package through Dalhousie University to save some bucks!

Rent Agreement is anyways not accepted as a proof of residence while applying for a PCC from a non-permaneny address. You need either: 1. Broadband/ Internet bill in your name. Or 2. A bank account with current Gurgaon address but ONLY a PSU Bank (SBI, Bank of India etc.)

I was wondering about that as well. My "assumption" is that CIC does the completeness check way in advance before actually charging the Credit Card. Any comments on this Oscar?
