    both steps includes in process of application. Inprocess means they ve found ur application complete and determine u as eligible for Canadian Immigration.

    Agreed, except Ielts score, as each section of ielts have different scores which in the end contribute to yourr total passing score. So any one who have less then 6 band but score more then 67 points will deifinately stand in que.

    As you r living outside Pakistan and PPR1 and PPR2 condition applies for Pakistani residents so i beleive -but not sure- you can send ur passport to LVO directly.

    Hi, Good to know that u r living in KSA as i m living in Alkhobar KSA too, u can submit ur iqama to ur employer and get ur passport from them to send it to LVO. Have they asked u for KSA PCC ? if so then plz let me know its obtaining procedure.
