I believe since you have a representative, they are the only ones who can access the online account.

Ours were updated. We almost sent the outdated ones but I saw something on their website about it before sending it. & thank you! It's such a relief when that email comes through because I was just praying it wasn't mailed back.

I got AOR today! Application was received July 20 & AOR1 today (8/25/17). I can't contain my excitement!! :)

We sent in our application 7/18 and got a text tonight that it was received! Dumb question -- how do we know what our visa office is? Applicant is from the USA, sponsor is from Ontario.
