Ya it is really frustrating....... . anyways... lets hope for best and all the best to all of you.... I heard from somewhere that all VO needs to finish MI2 backlog by June 2012...but it is very unfair for us... as we all had plans... and some of us came to India... in my case i left job in UK...

Hi, according to my point of view security checks are done before passport submission... as I seen a guy from Singapore VO.. got email for PPr and next day .. he got DM status... as there must be some organisation where they can easily verify our travel history ... from... immigration arrival...

Hi, Did you try to send fax to them... i think ones you inform Vo regarding your situation you are safe ( Mean no rejection on that base).. expiry date for my medical was 30th march and I dint get it until 14th march.. I sent Fax, Email and letter explaining the situation.... and they asked me...

Hi, I am sorry to hear about your situation. I have similar experience... I have not been asked to submit my passport at the time of medical request instead they asked me to provide Indian mailing address which I did but still I am waiting for PPR. I sent them CSE but I got following reply...
