In My thread (May 2012) was Happened with one of member so he take the Screen shot and send it as attachment with e mail to Ottawa and they send a PPR next day...try it.

Rcvd card on fri 28 March...but only my & my wife's Card but not kid's card. Did you rcvd your kid's Card ?

I am in Calgary and I am agree with utopie....Last month when I went to US border for landing... I get same experience on US side which you got it at Calgary Airport, that time I fill I am so lucky because I am in Canada ... US border was so rude to me but that doesn't mean all system are like...

Dear Friends My Daughter has field trip to US with her Girls guides group in last week of this month (March 2014) but We don’t have PR card yet.. We became a Permanent Resident in Feb 2014. What is the other option for travel to US & back to Canada ? Please advise friends. -bha

In my case I send my passport on 23rd, they rcvd on 24th and return tracker was active on 31st and I rcvd on 3rd Feb so its only 10 to 11 days, I think you are so excited b'coz you said 1st week of feb... (typo error) may be its 1st week of march.. isn't it ?
