Hello prcand, :) I got my ECAS access when I received my Schedule 4 request as the UCI number was indicated there. Previously I am also unable to access using my Application Number.

My ECAS has 4 lines before the technical glitch/system upgrade. Yesterday, when I checked I can access normally using my UCI but it only has 2 lines. This morning, it has 3 lines and the 3rd line was a new update that my Medical was received.

Not sure about the process in India, but if you are certain that you will be getting an ITA for the next draws then go ahead and have it ready. Anyway most of the PCC's are valid for 6 months.

For Singapore, you need to show a document with your name that the country is asking you to submit a Police Clearance. Without this document they will not entertain you. So you need to wait until you have your ITA.
