Guys, I have just noticed that this website http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/assessment.asp says you have to include your ECA assessment in your application even though the checklist doesn't say so. Hence the rejections.

You also need to check new rules or amended rules especially just before you submit as you are bound by the rules as at date and time of submission. For example, somebody might be refused because their PC was obtained before they relocated to another country, if they didn't know the PC rules...
