here's my timeline may 2009 - submitted docs to Manitoba aug 2009 - aor via snail mail (got this on sept) feb 2010 - LOA via snail mail (got this on mar) may 2010 - submitted docs to CEM jun 2010 - AOR, File no., request for RPRF and add'l docs (via email)
