Agreed with JoyceM, if your wife is not the principal applicant it wont come up. In that case I would upload that information in optional documents with a letter explaining the relationship.

There should be a section Proof of Relationship where you can upload documents to prove the relationship (birth certificate, ID etc)

@ oosman: Since you had applied in November, I think it is already 9 weeks (the time mentioned for processing of study permit from Islamabad on CHC website). Did you mention this in your email to the CHC? I don't know why are they delaying....don't they read the joining dates on the admission...
