Centennial collage offer letter say that i need to pat 2300$ to confirm my seat , and 1st semester fee is 8000$ so i am confused about, is that 2300$ included in 1st semester tuition fee? because 2300$=nearly 1.5 lakhs thats too much. is it additional cost or included in tuition fee?

i have sent application to centennial collage for advance diploma course. i need to pay my tution fees and GIC amount through education loan. bank will send tution fees directly. i am confused will they approve my loan for GIC account? will they provide me 10280$ for GIC?
