I USED TO EMAIL THEM EVERY 3 MONTHS AND IT DID NOT DELAY MY PROCESS.. HUBBY GOT HERE IN 7 MNTHS TIP TO TOE... 2 MNTHS IN CANADA AND 5 IN HAVANA! :) BEST OF LUCK... :)
