To some extent, ur logic of first MR holds good but there are no of other people as well who got PPR with MR date of June (they r d lucky one's no doubt). I guess, they are releasing PPR's one by one and not in batches. Anyhow, there is no use of guesses as well. All we have to do is to wait...
