I haven't really heard of this issue as of now but it might be true considering the fact that the outbreak began in one of the Asian countries. I just hope the issue resolves soon, being an Indian and have been admitted to a university in Canada for fall 2020 :(

For math and stats I checked it's about 32394 CAD which according to Indian currency exchange rate is affordable for me thankfully. Uoft on the other hand has fees about 56000 CAD for the first year and then increasing fees for the other years.
