I didn't get a choice in the oath date, but I didn't object to it either. I'm sure you can ask for a different date then the one that is assigned, but i'm not sure if that will result in a delay.

I had my test today at scarborough (September 12) and got the oath letter immediately after the interview. The officer only asked to see a few documents and seemed pleased that I brought my cbsa report. I got 19/20 on the test and the oath is scheduled for September 23. I'm surprised the process...

when i received my passport in the mail with the visa inside, it also included the COPR (confirmation of permanent residence), there was a letter saying i would need to go to the border to land, or make an appointment at a local cic office to land, but i didn't want to have to wait for that, so...

even though i got a ppr last tuesday, ecas today updated to say Decision Made, and meds have been received
