My application requested transcripts at the first place tho. I went to two Canadian institutions (one college and one university), both transcripts were required for eAPR.- ycjbas

PGWP denied!
Before you received the final decision, you are able to work full-time, but once the PGWP got refused, you can't work anymore since you are not waiting for a decision.
