Hi Ivan, You didn't do anything wrong it doesn't generate any info regarding your application you have to fill in this information yourself and send it to them whether by mail or fax that something that could be confirmed if you call the call center at 1-888-242-2100 Good Luck :)

Hello Drkdd a lot of times you don't receive anything and you only see a change on e-cas on the pr side that the application is in process, then it will have an extra line ( days or weeks later) to inform you when did they receive it at the vo , and when they start the processing. but...

Need him back, after I finished reading your msg one thing came to my mind. even when things seem not just difficult but IMPOSSIBLE; GOD ALMIGHTY works in mysterious ways , he knows that you didn't take the money and you were the victim so trust in him and keep your family together...
