Exactly, the VOs are humans just like us.Though they follow a standard process,everyone of them are different.Some of them are genuinely nice and some nasty.Its our luck on which hands our file turns up.

The same happened to me too.The address in the ecas has disappeared while it shows INPROCESS.This is the 9th week that ND has my wife's passport

DNT From my experience last year,if they ask for the passport send them only the passport.If you send anything else with the passport they will not even consider it and will only throw them in the garbage.

Yes ppr is a standard letter it is issued to everyone.Whatever happens to the case ,positive or negative ,they ask for the pp.It is a way of showing by the VO that we have completed the process and we haven't skipped any steps.

I can understand the shock ,pain and suffering that you have gone through after what has happened to you.Take consolation that you are not living with this beast and monster.You have gone through so much in life just to get him here and now he has ditched you .He is not worthy of you.Atleast now...
