    You have to start again. Yeah when they checked for completeness of the whole application they saw there was no translation. It usually happens about a month after sending everything in.

You can proactively order notes to see if everything is going well with the application and respond, but usually they won't ask for different documents and just...

    No, do not declare 3 years experience if you do not have it. Enter with what you have now, and then update it when you get more experience.
