02/10/2016 and got an email today with application#

I was in relation with my GF for 8 years but we didn't live together for 1 year continuously , so I decided to sponsor her after marriage that I did.

What is the next step after I received an email (AOR) with application no.? If there is any Quebec members , what should I do.?

I have received an Email from CIC with application Number :D and so on... Is it the conformation that my application is good to go and all forms filled up properly..? Is is approval of the application or I will receive one more email.?
