OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG !!!!! Finally after a long wait today morning I have received my Passport with Shiny Visa :) My timeline- App Rcvd: Oct 17,2013 IP: July 5 DM: July 11 Thanks everyone for the support... Hope all will get visa soon :) Best of Luck !!!

Usually the updates comes on Tuesdays around 9.00 - 11.00 AM. Because when I checked @ 9.00 AM no change in status and around 11.00 AM it was showing IP. In detail section a new line added " We started processing your application on July 5, 2014".

Finally a ray of hope...My status changed to IP today. I am Oct 17 applicant.

Congrats CANVISA770.... Hopefully NDVO will speed up and complete all pending applications quickly...!!

Keeping husband and wife separate on their first year of marriage is the biggest cruelty the CIC is doing.. they should at least grand a visit visa for spouse.. Its very hard to go through these 13 months... And now they are introducing Express skilled worker program less than 6 month...

Getting Immigrant visa is not becoming Permanent resident. One will become Permanent resident only after he lands in Canada. My Understanding is while landing he said that he is single and he applied spouse sponsorship with a marriage date before he become PR(Landed in Canada as Immigrant)...
