Thanks for the inputs. But do you think mentioning all states & provinces makes any difference to your chances for PNP. For e.g. I think it can go as a negative point in case I am trying for Manitoba PNP. Improving my IELTS score will give me CRS of 391.

Considering my CRS 350, chances r less for me in OINP. Another option I am exploring at the moment is Manitoba. What if I mention "all provinces & states" in my EE profile? Any suggestions how to go about it?

One more doubt...If I am not wrong OINP will pick our profile from the EE pool & nominate us if they want to and we dont have to apply seperately for OINP HCP stream. Correct me if I am wrong.

Thanks for sharing the links. Will go through them. To achieve 400, my IELTS score has to be really high for e.g. 8889 or something like that. And if I get 7778, score goes to 391 which is not good enough. So as of now I will try to proceed with PNP. But thanks for your inputs.

But is it applicable for ICT professionals only? What about professionals from other streams with less CRS score. My NOC code is 0731 (Transportation,Logistics Managers). CRS is 350. Any chance for OINP under Human capital priorities stream?
