I am from ind. And yeah where we apply from doesnot make a difference, i think it has got something to do with our NOCs, or they are just random. I guess we wont know until we get it ourselves

If you have choosed the same GC key(sign in credential), you will see both the profile you have withdrawn and the one you have added It takes 24 hrs for the account to be activated, so wait As of now we have not started receiving NOIs, so you need not panic

@umidjon its not a problem mate, as long as it is active, u need not bother I have created mine yesterday its been 16 hrs, today it will be activated. My concern is about our chances of getting nominated, theres no clear picture

They have mentioned they will continue issuing noi till apr 15th, half of the people would have created a new profile and are waiting for the activation of nee EE profile (myself included). Its just a game of waiting :(
