Update: Medical was done and e-filed on Thursday. ECAS still reads application received and as far as I know they have not transferred my file to any other visa office for processing. Will update again if I have any further news.

Update: Was asked for Medicals today as of 12pm. Guess my application is moving finally!

Yes, I've ordered notes twice. Both said they had my Schedule A but apparently THAT was a lie.

You should have stopped at the 4 months of delays due to CIC unresolved system glitches. I'm at 6 months of their incompetence. Chances are I could actually have DM by now as well. :(

Just an update. After sending in another SChedule A via webform, I got an email today telling me it has been received and sent to the appropriate office for review. Maybe now I'll get transferred... in the next two months! lol

I hope your MP is more willing to help than mine was. I got the worst case MP: Won't do anything because it's too early in the process. Come back at 11-12 months.

As I've said before, I'm pretty sure the offices are all backlogged because they're trying to process Inland applications at the same speed as Outland. It's most likely causing an overall slowdown.

If I recall correctly it's because the eligiblity portion of the process is done in Mississauga. Only after that's done is the application transferred, then the BGC is started and then medicals requested.

I agree on the lazy part. No point in trying again either because she said she won't be willing to call on our behalf until at least January.
