As far I know the all the letters from the employers should be in original and not notarized. But as far as your query is concerned don't worry if the NDVO needs they will correspond with you IF they need any clarification.

PIO holds for PERSON OF INDIAN ORIGIN...given to foreign national having indian parents and is issued by Ministry of Home Affairs..

Surely there will be some backlog that VO's will carry forward. But I am of the view that since there will be new immigration policy from 1st July, people all over the world will take some time before actually filing for immigration, so we should be expecting that in the month of july no new...

To everybody who has a previous file with VO As a policy matter they cannot withdraw an old application unless until they have made a decision to grant you VISA under the new file. So people who are looking at "Withdrawn"....Lucky...your VISA is on the way Cheers Amar

Hi Mayank Correct me if I am wrong...when you log into ECAS you get to see two lines "In Process" & "RBVO" and when you click on In Process you get the old time frame and RBVO has new time line???

That's actually very strange on the part of VO to refund the earlier money,,,but since they have practically done nothing with the old file so the refund is indeed needed. and I would welcome any $$$ coming my way...(I am an old applicant too...)

If by any chance you want to compare ME "In Process" since 24th Feb There is no timeline Every case is unique

Indian..and contract for next 3 years...so have to decide..
