Still seating @ IP1 too day 80. Requested for additional doc on spouse updated passport valid for more than 6 months on May 11. Today again requested for Schedule A for both my spouse and I. But still seating at IP1.

Hello Seniors, So got a request for Schedule A today. We filled Yes cause we were refused permanent residence the first time due to wrong NOC code. So do I still need to refill all the the education piece and travel histories or just focus attention on given explanation to the initial refusal.

Guess am still on IP1, got a mail from CIC which states " for us to make a final decision on your permanent residence application please kindly upload below document in your profile" , which is my spouse's new passport as her old passport would be expiring next month. AOR - Feb 26 Med - Mar 22...

Congratulations there buddy, when you said your BG never went to IP(2) is it that you check everyday and you sure it never went to IP(2)? so that the rest of us still on IP(1) for the longest time can have a new angle to look at the process. Thanks.

Thanks for your advice, but I already applied for extension under my spouse application for study permit. Not just a BOWP. My spouse is going back to study so he applied for study permit and applied under him for extension.

Nope, my spouse applied for another study permit and spouse permit extension for me as am the principal applicant. didn't apply for BOWP and is it not to late to apply for BOWP now?

Hi, Have been stuck on IP1 since Mar 22. My AOR was 27 Feb (CEC Inland) is anyone in the same boat, as I do not have a clue of what is going on and my work permit expires first week of June? Please senior give advice.

If you are CEC and the company is in Canada then you can let them know the company's name has changed given reason. But if the company is out of Canada, it might be a bit complex but what have you got to loose. just let your boss respond with a detailed explanation to them and wait for the outcome.

Strange your boss can just confirm the mail stating he issued it and if you work in the capacity claimed. Is the company in Canada or Outside of Canada.

I am not sure but RCMP can only be done if requested for by IRCC. And from my understanding, its requested most often times when cec applicants have lived in more than one province or have changed address alot. Not 100% sure cuz IRCC procedure is unclear to anyone.
