    I raised a CSE almost 2 weeks back and got a reply that my Criminality was passed but Eligibility and Security were not yet initiated. When should I reach out to them again to check for an update? Are 2 weeks sufficient or should I wait longer? My AOR is 03 Jan, 2019.

    I sent an e-mail to Ralphs office id yesterday and pretty much got the same response as I did by calling CIC agent. Criminality passed. Eligibility and security yet to be initiated. Any rough idea of how long do both these stages take after being initiated. I completed 190 days today :(

I don't think calling/emailing them helps. It seems like they have not yet looked into Jan applicants as the majority of us haven't...

    All you can check is your visa processing office, and if Eligibilty, Criminality and Security have met/started. Although, going by the thread, their answer is not always accurate!

    I have the same timeline. Just got off the call with an agent and they informed that criminality and medical passed but eligibility and security not started yet. Wonder how long does that take!!
