Can anyone pls shed some light on this..........Does CIO send out PERs within office hours only or also outside office hours? Just want to see if I should still keep refreshing my email and expecting my PER outside CIO office hours......

Congrats to those who received PER already. 22 Aug applicant here, NOC 0111, but I still haven't received PER yet, applicants of application date later than mine have received PER already, am I still in the race??...................... I am very very tensed.....
