I am in IP1 but medical is still "do not need", guess being patient is all I can do. I've heard IP1 normally takes a long time, I am sure your case is moving forward. Best of luck!

Yes, you need to re-create your EE profile because Ontario has been sending NOI to candidates who submitted their EE profile later than Jan 1, 2018. Good luck!

To my knowledge, NO. Only after getting NOI then can you register on the OINP e-filing system.
