I am in Toronto and landed on Rainbow Bridge at Niagara... I am not sure when the card was mailed to me....

Landed on April 19th, got PR Card today... :) ;) :D ;D 8) :P :P :P :P I had changed the Mailing address to my current home address while landed (Before it was my Lawyer's office Address), still the card was sent to my Lawyer's office..... :D Good luck to those who are still waiting

My time-line is similar to yours.... I sent my passport on March 27th and received by CIC on March 30th. Waiting for the passports to come back soon. :D :)
