show them other school enrolment documentation and ur sp number is already in their data. That should be okay for u.

How long does it take to process visa for ur region? If the period of process is still within they may not attend to ur mail. The day they requested for additional document marked another start date for ur application. That ur 18th day may be their own a week.

I have never heard of it except one case here in the forum where cic after 2 hours of mail approval & pp request wrote that the mail is an error, hence refused the fellow
