This form should be filled by someone in either HR / Legal / Signing officer instead of the nominee. They will know if the company is incorporated or not, if so they will know where to find the number, if not then you just need to put "N/A". You should try to get them fill this form to avoid...

Thank you. I am still at disbelief why this hasn't struck me. I thought that only FSW and CEC class are not required to submit Canadian police clearance whereas Provincial Nominee is required. This really helps a lot! Can't express my thanks enough from bringing this up.

If you apply before your PNP is issued with the accompanying support letter, you will need a valid LMO. The only way to substitute LMO is when you have your PNP issued with the support letter.
