You can't do anything now because you already sent your application. Worrying will do you no good. Just wait, and be POSITIVE ;D

If your employer didn't go anywhere outside Canada within that two years, on my opinion, I think you have that 24 months. But as they always say, better to be safe, wait for a month or even two months. Just be positive that you HIT the 24months, and it will be fine :D
