If you don't get in round 65 which is most likely tomorrow, you're definitely in round 66. Save your money, you won't need the NOI. By the time you prepare all the PNP requirements, you will have a direct ITA anyway!

I would wait a couple of rounds, things will be a lot clearer then. If after the next two rounds the score dips to less than 405, then chances are it will reach 391 in a couple of months, if it hovers around 410, then it will probably take longer and might be hindered by this year's quota.

But you can make educated guesses based on historical data (see my signature). They can definitely surprise us and change any of the factors. But so far they have been consistently following the trends. And it has given me a peace of mind because the score has been going down consistently since...

I don't think they do it weekly, they skip weeks for sure. You should not worry at all though, you're getting an invite in next round, guaranteed!

They will continue to take around 3600, but for the next round I added the 143 they took from PNP in this round to simplify my calculation, instead of counting 63 as a full round.

Don't waste your money, even if you don't get it next week, at 408, you're guaranteed in the following round, even if it's 2 weeks later. So worst case scenario is that you're guaranteed an ITA in 3 weeks. I would wait if I were you.
