in 2016 my income was sufficient, but for 2017 and 2018 I need co-signer to qualify..

I meet income criteria for 2016 alone.. So I may have to write explanation letter.. Option C is not available for him for 2016 as he landed in 2017

Yes I saw that.. But people from May 2 and May 3 also got approvals I guess. Not sure if they have any specific pattern of processing..
